Data hosting
Your data is processed and stored on servers in the EU.
Textpanda processes data on Amazon Web Services data center in Stockholm, Sweden. As an industry-leading infrastructure provider, AWS is certified as compliant with ISO 27001 and has received a SOC 2 (Type 2) report.
We also use Contabo servers for our data processing, located in Germany.
For data storage, Textpanda uses a MongoDB instance located in Dublin, Ireland. MongoDB is also SOC 2 compliant.
All connections to any of our services, our web applications, and any purchases you make are encrypted by default using industry-standard cryptographic protocols.
Data Storing
The storage of your snippets is controlled by you. The snippets you create will remain available for use until you decide to delete them. Upon cancellation of your account, your data will be deleted.
